Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or Friday after 12:00pm East Coast Time are shipped on Monday. Our Value Packs are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) using First Class service. We typically recommend allowing up to five business days for delivery of Value Packs within the Lower 48 States. If you do not receive your Value Pack after five days, please contact us with your order # and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

For Bulk orders, we offer UPS Ground or Next Day Air service and provide tracking information for each package. Shipping times are dependent on size of order and customer location. If shipments are delayed or lost, please contact us at sales@klearstand.com with your order # and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Due to COVID-19, please note that shipping within the continental U.S. is slightly delayed from time to time.
